Design Concept
The building was designed in a modern style to keep pace with urban development in the city and to suit its intended use.
Materials & Systems
The facade was clad in glass to provide a good view, allowing the building's residents to enjoy the view of Heraa Main Street.
Outcome
The final result is a modern building with facades that keep pace with the times, and its function is suitable for commercial, administrative, and residential use, as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing visual composition for those who view it from the outside.
